Great staff and wonderful hotel! The staff was great, the room was clean and enjoyable! The breakfast was great as well, very clean and overall stay was wonderful! It's a great location as well, very close to the downtown Walla Walla area!

Great place to stay. Great place to stay in Walla Walla. Very clean & quiet. Helpful staff. Free breakfast. Free parking. Very safe neighborhood. Best of all, it is only a 2 block walk to the main part of town for wine tasting & shopping. Will stay again on our next visit.

Downtown Convenience Excellent Best Western Plus located conveniently in downtown Walla Walla. Great detail on cleanliness protocols. Room was spacious and bed was excellent. Service was prompt. Easy walk to tasting rooms and nice Mexican restaurant across the street.

Excellent Accommodation We stayed here recently for longer than originally planned. Our 4 day visit stretched to 11 days thanks to a snow storm. We added extra nights with no trouble at all. The staff was exceptional, from desk personnel to housekeeping. The room we had was large and comfortable with a queen bed, loveseat, desk, dresser, mini fridge and microwave. The entire facility was very clean. Highly recommend. The only negative is it can be noisy if people talk in the hallways or stairwells. We have found in newer Best Westerns that there are gaps under the doors to the halls and noise travels easily.

Clean and convenient This hotel was very clean, fairly priced and a short walk to downtown. All staff was taking proper Covid-19 precautions and we felt safe staying here. Glad to see some GF options at breakfast! Would highly recommend!
